Executive Leadership
Governance
The governance of the Ghana Scholarly Society is entrusted to a dedicated Board of Directors and a Council of Patrons. These esteemed individuals are responsible for ensuring the society fulfils its mission and maintains its vital role in the community. Trust, responsibility, and accountability are the cornerstones of their oversight.
In addition to our world-respected academics, policymakers, and industry leaders, the society may co-opt individuals and members for specific tasks. These individuals collaborate closely with the chairs and co-chairs of our various committees, contributing their expertise to drive the initiatives of our learned society. We work in harmony to achieve our collective goals and foster academic excellence.
Executive Committee
The executive committee of The Society consists of the President, Vice President, Committee Chairs, Treasurer, and Secretary. These key roles hold specific responsibilities, overseeing various portfolios of the society’s activities.
